Who I am
I've been exactly where you are.
I'm Natalya. I spent decades of my life in survival mode — shaped by childhood trauma, running on autopilot, achieving everything on the outside while feeling nothing on the inside.
Talk therapy helped me understand it. But it wasn't until I started working with my body — through breathwork, somatic practice, qigong, energy work — that I actually began to *heal*.
That journey changed everything. I left a successful career in advertising to dedicate my life to this work. I've spent years training across disciplines — somatics, hypnotherapy, qigong, reiki, breathwork, sound healing, nervous system regulation, and more — so I could offer people what I wish someone had offered me.
This isn't wellness fluff. This is the real work.
